Job Description

The role of a Business Development Manager is to assist the organization’s sales and growth effort by contributing to new customer acquisition. Candidate should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and be updated about marketplace and competitors’ activity. Candidate must have experience in services sales across European Markets.

Threshold Competencies

  • Extensive services sales experience across European sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans focused on the European market.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into long-term clients.
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Make cold calls for new business leads.
  • Support in writing new business proposals.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
  • Promote the company’s products / services addressing or predicting the client’s objectives.
  • Cross-selling of different services with existing clients.
  • Networking and References through seminars, conferences and events.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Exposure to European market’s mandatory.
