Provide legal counsel to ensure compliance with UAE laws, including contract management, corporate governance, and dispute resolution. Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance programs to mitigate legal risks.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree preferred.
1-3 years of UAE Experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
