Mr. Batra has more than two decades of professional experience in a range of areas including Tax Laws, Accounting, Foreign Investment, Foreign Exchange Control Regulations and Corporate Laws. His expertise lies in advising on Inbound Investment, Cross-Border Transactions and Tax and Regulatory matters related to Direct, Indirect and Transactional Law.
Mr. Batra has previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at the corporate office of one of the largest Japanese trading houses in the world and as General Secretary at the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in New Delhi for three years.
