Job Description

As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. This role requires advanced technical knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Plan, launch, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively across campaigns to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging tailored to target audiences.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop precise audience segmentation strategies using advanced targeting options available on each platform.
  • Performance Testing: Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting to refine campaign strategies.
  • Staying Updated: Stay ahead of digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.

Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.

Technical Expertise:

Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).

In-depth knowledge of campaign tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Experience with conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and pixel implementation.
